These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of BlurSnap from Boring Apps ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying BlurSnap, you agree to these terms.

1. The software license

Your use of the BlurSnap application itself is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) that is presented during installation and included with the software. If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with the EULA regarding the software, the EULA controls. In short: each license key is for use on one device at a time, and you may move it to a new device by deactivating it first.

2. Purchases and payment

BlurSnap is sold as a one-time purchase through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes. Your license key is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Free trial

BlurSnap offers a free trial period. Screenshots saved during the trial include a watermark, and the trial is limited in time and number of screenshots. Activating a license removes these limits.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with BlurSnap, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

5. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

BlurSnap, its name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by Boring Apps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and the software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site or software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boring Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the software. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
