1. The software license

Your use of the BlurSnap application itself is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA) included with the software, together with the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms. If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with the EULA regarding the software, the EULA controls. In short: the free version is fully functional with a watermark on saved images, and a one-time in-app purchase removes it.

2. Purchases and payment

BlurSnap is distributed through the Microsoft Store. The app is free to install; the full version is unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase. Microsoft acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is tied to your Microsoft account rather than to a license key.

3. Free version

BlurSnap is free to install and fully functional. Images you save in the free version include a watermark; a one-time in-app purchase removes it. There is no time limit on the free version.

4. Refunds

Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store, and refunds are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store refund policy. If you run into any problem with the app, contact us at support@blursnap.app and we'll do our best to help.

5. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

BlurSnap, its name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by BoringApps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and the software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site or software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoringApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the software. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
